Information collected
We collect contact details, project information, payment status, and creative-brief material needed to fulfill and support an order. Payment card and banking details are handled by the payment provider and should never be placed in a creative brief.
How it is used
Order information is used for fulfillment, communication, abuse prevention, accounting, and service improvement. MADECUE uses GreetCore for customer communication. MADECUE does not sell personal information.
Files and retention
Customer files are used to complete the order and retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Contact hello@greetcore.com with a privacy request.
