Products and pricing
Personal songs cost $50 under 30 seconds and $75 from 30 seconds up to four minutes. Content creator songs cost $75 under 30 seconds and $105 from 30 seconds up to four minutes. Business or commercial songs cost $85 under 30 seconds and $120 from 30 seconds up to four minutes. Creator and business pricing include the stated commercial-use license for the disclosed use; personal pricing does not authorize commercial use.
Create It With Me
Create It With Me is a private asynchronous conversation with the producer through text and voice notes throughout the order. It costs $20 with a personal song or $25 with a content creator song and is included free with a business song. Conversation is not capped by revisions, but requested changes to delivered music remain subject to the revision policy. It does not include immediate replies, a second song concept, or indefinite access after the order is completed.
Revisions
Revisions 1–3 are included. Revision 4 costs $25. Revision 5 and every later revision costs $20 each. One revision is one consolidated set of reasonable changes to the current composition. A new concept, genre, reference direction, lyric premise, use category, or replacement composition requires a new order.
Timing
The 1–48 hour first-version window begins after cleared payment and receipt of a complete brief. When Create It With Me applies, the window begins after the initial discussion and brief confirmation. Customer delays or missing information pause all targets. The window covers the first version, not final delivery after revisions.
Rights and customer responsibility
The customer must have permission to supply all submitted material. The customer receives only the license stated for the selected order. MADECUE does not promise exclusive copyright, copyright registration, or clearance of customer-provided material.
Cancellation and refunds
Before production begins, an order may be refunded less non-refundable payment-processing costs. Once production begins, the order is non-refundable unless MADECUE cannot fulfill the accepted brief.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed through Etsy, Fiverr, or Upwork may also be governed by that marketplace's mandatory payment, cancellation, dispute, and communication rules. Where those rules conflict with these terms, the marketplace rules control for that order.
Draft status
These launch terms must be reviewed and approved before checkout is opened to customers.
